I am pleased to announce that my new book has just been published. The Winter of Your Life: If You’re Not Dead, You’re Not Done! invites readers to reimagine their later years as a time filled with purpose and significance rather than decline. Drawing from my joyful experiences of Michigan's snowy winters, the book employs the metaphor of the four seasons to illustrate human growth: Spring represents youth and foundational development, Summer signifies career and family establishment, Fall encourages reflection during midlife, and Winter marks a transition from work to legacy. Co-authored with Russ Olmon, this work addresses the common anxieties surrounding aging, reinforcing the idea that life remains meaningful and directed.

Primarily aimed at individuals entering or already experiencing their Winter years, the book also resonates with younger readers who seek to prepare for a fulfilling future. It is organized into three key sections: Now What? explores navigating cultural and spiritual realities, Then What? focuses on succession planning to impart wisdom, and So What? provides practical examples of impactful legacies.
